Villa Delta

Perfect for large groups Delta is a very spacious contemporary property with lots of outdoor space. The villa has two accommodation ‘wings’ at either end and a central communal area. Located on the edge of the small fishing village of Ampelas, the villa looks out to the Aegean and the island of Naxos and is just a short drive from cosmopolitan Naoussa. Guests have use of a tennis court, basketball court and gym shared with just one other villa.

Interiors are white and cool, with the odd pop of colour added in soft furnishings and artwork. Six spacious bedrooms are on the left and a further seven on the right; the two first-floor rooms are master suites, with living rooms and private balconies with wonderful sea views. One of the other rooms is a large suite with a kitchen, living room, terrace and independent entrance. The communal open-plan living and dining areas have pristine breakfast bars, long sofas and big doors opening to the terrace.

Long-covered verandas extend along the front of the house providing shaded spaces to sit and enjoy the view. At one end of the terrace are two further shaded areas, one with a marble dining table for 26 and the other an outdoor lounging area. There’s an inviting Olympic size infinity pool, below which a long cushioned banquette faces out across the garden to the sea. There are also two outdoor bars and an outdoor bathroom so you could spend all day outside if you wish.
The property also has direct access to a helipad.
